• Take a Chance and Call (Chance) was approved for breeding and entered into the Belgian studbook in 2008. She was then presented to the American Holsteiner Horse Association for breeding and scored so well that she was entered into the premium mare book. Chance has a wonderful temperament and a great canter, which she has passed on to both of her foals now.
• Chance was given to us by the woman who trained and raced her after she blew her tendon in a race which she still finished third in! This horse has a heart and passes on her competitive nature to her foals.

Fabulous Copy “Fabby” $12,500

• Fabby is our 07’ black filly by the Elite Hanoverian stallion Fabuleux and our thoroughbred mare Avie’s Perfect Copy. Fabuleux had outstanding scores at his 100-day test; walk-9, trot-9, canter-10, temperament-9, rideability-9, and willingness to work-9. This stallion combined with our thoroughbred mare, which was entered into the American Holsteiner Horse Associations studbook with an overall bonit score of 46 which placed her in the premium mare book, is proving to be a wonderful cross! We have started her under saddle and are taking things slow, as I believe in a strong foundation consisting of proper flatwork above all else. From the start though Fabby has been very easy to work with and is very eager to please her rider. I get the feeling that she is proud of herself each time I put the saddle on her!
• Fabby should mature at 16.1 hh, she has a white star and two white hind socks.
• Fabby is best suited for the Junior/Amateur owner hunter classes as well as the dressage ring!

For LEASE:

All of our lease horses are $450/month. This price includes a once weekly lesson and three addition riding days per week to be decided upon monthly. A full lease will cost $550/month. The full lease will allow you to ride the horse every day of the week, plus you will be guaranteed space in the trailer and first pick for shows or other fun rides we do throughout the year.

Charles News

• Charles News or Charlie is by far one of the cutest looking little men we have; he is 15.2 hh, chestnut with an oval star connected to a tapering stripe which is then connected to a snip on his nose. He has two socks on the hind end and a sock on the front left. I love his conformation, he is very round and athletic looking. He has a great swinging walk and a wonderfully expressive trot. Trainer Carol Schmickrath of Brookstone Farm said that Charlie would be a perfect third level horse given the time and training.
• Charlie was foaled in 2004; we purchased him in 08’ off the track on a whim and haven’t looked back! Within a week of his last race, he was being ridden by a 14 yr old student and is now playing the starring role in many of the lessons which I teach at the farm!

Spirit of St. Louis FOR SALE, Private Treaty

• Louie is my personal horse that I have had since he was a 5 month old foal. He was born in 99’ so imagine how long he and I have been a team! I started him myself and have done all the training with him since then.  When he enters any hunter class, he is always at the top of the placements.
• When I saw Louie I knew he was special. I went with his breeder Cean Embrey into the pasture and immediately I fell in love with him. We talked and told her we wanted him and a week later we found out that Louie had placed first in the Auxiliary Foalbook Premium Grading for the KWPN. We were all so proud!
• Louie is from the KWPN stallion Wanroij and the thoroughbred mare Hoyte Flower.  Both of his parents were not small but they were not anywhere over 16.2 hh… however Louie has decided that he wanted to surpass his parents is now 17.1 hh! He was the inspiration to our breeding program, after having him and being so happy with the thoroughbred Warmblood cross we have started our own program.
